"Let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, since as members of one body you were called to peace. And be thankful."
Here, I'd like to make a comment...it's Thanksgiving, and this is when we all really think about being thankful...but how often do we do it otherwise? God has given us so much and we have so much to be thankful for...so I'd like to present a challenge. Between now and Christmas, I'd like us all to think of, and write down, at least 100 things we are truly thankful for. You don't have to tell/show anyone, it can be between you and God. But once you've reached 100 things that you're thankful for, take them to God...tell him that you really are Thankful. ALSO! Give a reason why you are thankful for that item. Here, I'll give a couple of examples to start off with--
I'm thankful for:
Mom and Dad-they've been there for me.
My siblings-they've made me laugh when I didn't feel like it.
God-He's my everything that I can't put into words...
Socks-they really do keep my feet warm
Okay, there are some examples. Have fun with it, and Happy Thanksgiving! God bless!
